High-Rise Condominium Remodel Clearwater Beach, FL

We initially were introduced to Coastal Property Services Group, LLC (CPSG) by a friend and neighbor. When we witnessed the value and quality craftsmanship in their kitchen and bathroom remodel we could not resist calling them in for a quote and see if they were available to do our remodel.

It was quite apparent when we meet the CPSG design and remodeling team. Their professionalism and quick efficient response was refreshing. We had contacted other remodel companies for quotes prior to the referral to CPSG with little success in finding one that would work with us on our budget and time sensitive remodel.

Coastal’s team leads, professionalism, and ongoing creative ideas throughout the entire process of the re-model impressed us and the project was completed on schedule, with additional amenities not originally planed on, and within our budget. His construction team was courteous, efficient, and kept one clean and safe work area. WOW, Its amazing what just a few changes can do to the look of your home. My wife and I called Coastal Property Services Group, LLC (CPSG) in for a total remodeling consultation on our 30 year old condo. We where anticipating that it was going to be costly.

As we experienced the process and with the help of the Coastal Property Services Group, LLC design team it became apparent that we didn’t really need a costly remodel to achieve what our vision was. With just a few changes (new interior doors with a design, crown modeling in some rooms, wood flooring, and subtle accents to the kitchen cabinets) we where able to achieve a hole new living experience. And we thought this only happened on HGTV!
