WOW, Its amazing what just a few changes can do to the look of your home. My wife and I called Coastal Property Services Group, LLC (CPSG) in for a total remodeling consultation on our 30 year old condo. We where anticipating that it was going to be costly.

As we experienced the process and with the help of the Coastal Property Services Group, LLC design team it became apparent that we didn’t really need a costly remodel to achieve what our vision was. With just a few changes (new interior doors with a design, crown modeling in some rooms, wood flooring, and subtle accents to the kitchen cabinets) we where able to achieve a hole new living experience. And we thought this only happened on HGTV!

Insurance Inspections

 

Thank you CPSG for performing the wind mitigation and 4 point insurance inspection and sending the inspection information. I have submitted it to my agent with Allstate. As a result I am able to lower my premium almost by 50%!
